Advance Payment:

An advance payment of 50% is required upon confirming the photoshoot date.

Selection:

Only those involved in the photoshoot may make the image selection.

Timelines:

Image selection must be completed within a week.

Images will only be sent after the full payment is received.

Express Delivery:

In the case of express delivery, you will receive the images before payment, but payment must be made within 15 days.

Prior to express delivery, deadlines will be discussed to establish realistic goals.

Delivery of Finished Images:

Finished images will be delivered via WeTransfer in full quality.

Editing Rights:

Clients are not allowed to edit finished images to prevent copyright infringement.

Press  Rights:

An online rights for a magazine applies exclusively to online use, such as on websites or Instagram.

An offline rights for a magazine is applicable when images are used for print.

Editing Time:

The editing time starts when the full selection is made and sent.

The editing time is within 3 to 4 weeks.

Photoshoot Time:

A half-day is 4 hours. If a shoot exceeds 1 hour, an additional fee of 160 euros will be charged.

A full day is 8 hours.
